I’m penning down on the eve of Saint Valentine’s Day.. written in a mood of a person remembering that beautiful night when he first met her valentine.. what magic was created by that killing moonlight and how her smile compelled him to forget the rest of the world….
Who raat bhi kya raat thi,
Jab aasman me chand, aur zamee’ pe aap thi..
Hum jo bolte gaye, wo zuba’ bhi aap thi..
Shishe si tarashi, wo chandni bhi aap thi,
Zheel ke pani ki mousiqui bhi aap thi,
Hawao ki angdai ka tarannum bhi aap thi,
Patto ke kinoro pe chamakta resham bhi aap thi,
Hasti khilkhilati Jui bhi aap thi,
Nazaro ki hamari se chhui-mui wo aap thi..
gumsum si kashti se uthti lahere be-naap thi,
sheetal se pani me lagai aag wo bhi aap thi…
: -)
Happy Valentine’s Day….
Vishal.

STRIKER
It strikes the cord of reality touch in the characters, location, costumes...
the feel of '80s is very well weaved. ..
apropriate background score and songs- take the story forward and placed when they're required to. on art front it strikes,
but its just an on screen autobiography of a carrom champion lower class boy, who grows up in shadow of criminal environment with no particular goal then easy and prosperous future.... entertainment quotient is less...
i'll rate: 2.5/5 (above avg.)
